Paris, Part 5: Dinner at Kong

On our last night in Paris, we went to dinner at a new-ish restaurant called Kong.  Known for its amazing views and incredible food, Kong did not disappoint.  If you go to Paris, and are looking for a special night out, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Set in a double decker glass-dome, you’ll feel as though you are eating in the clouds.  The service is incredible (and friendly… which can be hard to find,) the food was beyond, and the views/people watching was uh-mazing.  We are pretty sure that Rose Byrne was sitting across from us, but can’t be sure.

Delicious berry caipiroskas…
More… After the break!

Foie gras, yellowtail sashimi, and chicken/beef/shrimp sate… a delicious way to start our meal.

So kill me… I love foie gras.  As a once every now and then treat, of course…

The boyfriend went for steak, I had miso glazed cod.  We shared the green beans.

This chocolate course was pretty much incredible.  Mousse, froze, and cake.  Yum.

And my giant passion fruit/chocolate macaron certainly didn’t let me down, either!

 Isn’t he cute?

My outfit in pieces.  Rene Caovilla sandals, BCBG dress, Chanel Peridot nail lacquer.  That nail color is magic.

Sadly, this finishes up the Paris photos… but fear not… we’re on to Rome on Thursday!!
