Outfit: Nautical

This is what I wore to work yesterday.  Finally, after such a murky week, some beautiful weather!  I wore two DIY projects from last year – my Lizzie Fortunato inspired Rope Necklace, and a clutch that I painted.  The outfit is one of my go-to looks.  A little boring, but it works!  That said, the heart elbow patches on this particular striped tee make it extra special.  This necklace is truly one of my favorite projects – and just so easy to do.  It also happens to make for the perfect accompaniment for my (many) striped tees.  I highly urge you to pop over to the tutorial and give it a whirl!  Just please… pardon my hair!  This humidity… I give up!

Outfit Details:  Chinti + Parker Tee // DIY Rope Necklace // J.Crew Jeans (old, but these are similar)

DIY Clutch // YSL Heels  // BaubleBar bracelets // Warby Parker Sunglasses

Cute outfit!  Nothing wrong with simple and easy.  🙂  I’ve been thinking about hunting down your Rope Necklace DIY tutorial for my son’s 1st Birthday party next weekend!  (Which is nautical themed, like his bedroom!)  🙂
