Outfit: Little Striped Dress

OLDNAVY_4Burberry Trench // Old Navy Dress // Sam Edelman Shoes

The Ropes Maine Bracelets // Old Navy Tote (similar) // J.Crew Necklace

Guys.  Spring is almost here, and I could not be more excited.  Do you know why?  DRESSES.  Old Navy has a lot of really fabulous dresses in stores right now… mostly under $30.00.  I snapped up this one and love it so much.  I really like the easy elegance that comes with a simple striped t-shirt dress.. this one is just perfect.  I’m a big fan of the navy/green combo but I might go back for the Olive Stripe version once I’m off of my shopping ban (sidebar:  this dress was bought with a gift card from Old Navy.)

Love your Sam Edelman shoes. The silver and camel colors make a great combo. The sheen that the silver straps have is awesome. They go great with this outfit. I feel like those shoes can be dressed up or dressed down.

Pardon me for thinking outside the box, the loose fit, horizontal lines, paired with a jacket; perfectly camouflage the Buddha belly I get from over indulging during a lunch date. Looks like I may need to add this dress to my shopping list.

Love your blog by the way, long time lurker!

Aren’t tshirt dresses just the best thing? I feel like they are a great canvas for accessories. I also love a trench for feeling instantly polished. I would love a good quality trench once my weight stop fluctuating like crazy. Anyways…love this look! xo
