Outfit: Emerson Fry

This Emerson Fry military jacket was love at first sight.  I try to refrain from saying need when referring to clothing, as I will be the first to admit that I certainly do not actually need any new clothes.  But I did want it, very badly.  For the past few years I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to find the perfect army green jacket… and this is it.  I agonized over it for weeks and one day just pulled the trigger.  Coats like this make me actually get excited about the chillier temps.  I paired it with dark denim, cheery flats, and an armful of bracelets.  The Hermes one is a new addition to my wrist… Stefan and I had a very lucrative night of gambling in Barcelona and I splurged on the bracelet with my winnings.

      Hi Marian,
      I’m wearing a size 6! I found that it runs slightly large but I like that as I will be wearing it over comfy sweaters in a month or so! I am 5’7 and usually wear a size 6. Hope that helps.

        Thanks for sharing the size and fit info. There is a 4 avail but not sure about it yet… and I notice that the arm sleeves in your pics and those on the Emerson Fry website seem a tiny bit short? Thanks for any fit answers and whether you still recommend the coat for the price.
