Original Penguin x Nick Wooster DIY

This one’s for the boys.  I always love a good collab, especially one that encourages craftiness.  And one that encourages the gents to get crafty?  Even better.  Meet Original Penguin x Nick Wooster.  This is a really fun DIY spin that Original Penguin has put on their popular garment dyed chinos… I hope more brands follow suit.  If you don’t know who Nick Wooster is, he’s kind of a badass and quite the street style icon.  Just google him.  Nick created three stencils (polka-dots, neon stripes, and an allover penguin print,) to be used on shorts and chinos.  So clever – and so perfect for summer!  The brand will be selling the DIY kits in select retail markets, but even better, you can download the stencils here.  So. Incredibly. Awesome.

I mean really – neon polka dots?  Amazing.  My boyfriend would never rock this, but he’s more of a classics sort of guy.  I kinda want my own stencil to DIY my own jeans and cut-offs this summer.
