On My Radar…

Can you believe that tomorrow is September 1st? I can’t quite wrap my head around that. Summer just flew by. I guess time really does fly when you are having fun… this has been an especially fun summer. Today I’m sharing ten fantastic finds from this past month… beauty products I’ve tried and loved, a really fantastic collaboration, + lots more. As always, you can click the image above to learn more, or keep reading to learn why these things are all so special. This series is always a favorite and you can check also out last month’s finds right this way… in the meantime, happy last-day-of-August!

ONE // Cuyana Top Handle Bag. This bag looks so much more expensive than it actually is. And I love that you can monogram the little tag. Cuyana has long been a favorite place of mine to shop – I trust the brand – everything they make is thoughtfully crafted and well made… built to last!

TWO // Kate Spade Dollface Clutch. I joke that my personal style is what would happen if a fourteen year old girl had access to a thirty five year old woman’s budget. I just love my little whimsical things. And because I collected Russian matroyshka dolls when I was young, I naturally had to have this one.

THREE // BP Sunglasses. Yep, another pair of $12 sunnies. I love my Celines and fortunately have not lost them yet, but I cannot be trusted with sunglasses which is where BP comes in – they have such fun, on trend shades… for only $12.

FOUR // Julie Vos Bracelet. I have been calling this my Dany bracelet (for Game of Thrones duh) as it reminds me of dragon skin. I love it so much. Julie Vos’ costume jewelry is a little more expensive than most costume jewelry but it lasts and lasts and lasts. It never tarnishes, and I love how pretty her pieces look layered together.

FIVE // J.Crew Factory Wedges. Ugh these are the best. Truly, the. best. I have a lot more fancy, interesting shoes, but these are my old standby shoes… and lately, I’ve been more into comfortable shoes than fancy ones. I started with the nude patent pair, then I got the black patent, and now I have the black suede, pictured above. They’re so well priced (and always on sale), and so so comfy. I joke that I can go running in them. I wear them constantly, especially with jeans. Cannot say enough good things.

SIX // Elemis Face Oil. If you are looking for a lighter face oil, this is the one! (And isn’t that bottle pretty?!) Elemis is one of my favorite skincare brands – especially when it comes to their Pro-Collagen products. This oil is silky and luxe and sinks into your skin the second it hits your skin. No greasy finish whatsoever.

SEVEN // Red Earrings. I’m really into a graphic pop of color and these are so fab. I would style these with a white blouse, skinny black pants, and leopard heels. The perfect, easy but chic look for meetings in the city.

EIGHT // Beyond Yoga x Justina Blakeney. I am a massive, massive fan of Justina Blakeney and her blog The Jungalow. I mean, it probably goes without saying but we share a mutual love of botanical prints and emerald green, so what is not to love. So I got very excited when I found out that she was teaming up with Beyond Yoga (who, incidentally, make my favorite leggings ever – they are so soft and they never sag!). The collection is perfect.

NINE // Agent Nateur Deodorant. You may already know that I think Agent Nateur makes the best natural deodorant ever, but the men’s one is absolutely the greatest. Period. It smells soooo good. It’s a little sexier and woodsy than the woman’s one… and I love the black tube. Sure, it’s expensive for deodorant but in my opinion it is worth every penny.

TEN // Honest Beauty Lip Crayon. I just looove these lip crayons from the Honest Company. They’re the perfect alternative to chapstick or lip balm and give you a pretty, sheer wash of color. My fav is Sheer Chestnut which is basically a sheer nude. So pretty!

I’m on my second pair of both the nude and black patent wedges (*insert embarrassed face emoji*). I wear them to work most days and they are so comfy and not too high or too low. Any tips for getting the scuff marks off of them?
