MDNA Skin Review and Video.

MDNA skin review | Madonna's new skincare line | Grace Atwood, The Stripe

If there was one thing I was reaaallllly excited about in skincare this year, it was the US launch of MDNA… Madonna’s ultra luxe, high-tech skincare line. Back in late September, the brand invited me in for a facial using the product line. I jumped at the chance. The best part of the facial (of course) was a demonstration of the (amazing!!!) chrome clay mask. Over the past few weeks I have been testing the products and (mostly) have been really, really impressed by them. I started to go into so much detail writing about the line (spoiler alert – it’s really fantastic) but then I thought (because I couldn’t shut up about it!) that it would be better to tell you and film the video. And besides, the fun part here is that you can see how the clay mask works… it really is pretty epic! Enjoy the video (Tyrion makes multiple performances and basically puts on his own show), and if you love it, be sure to subscribe to my channel on Youtube!

MDNA skin review | Magnetic Chrome Mask | Madonna's new skincare line | Grace Atwood, The Stripe

Out of everything in the line, the Magnetic Chrome Mask is probably the thing I loved most. I’ll apply a thick coat with a paintbrush, let it sit for ten minutes or so, and then remove using the Magnetic Flow tool (which is also realllllly awesome as the other end of the tool can be used to apply + infuse serum into your skin).

Also… I know the mask is pretty expensive… Dr. Brandt also makes a great magnetic mask which I have tried and love! It’s not quite as luxurious as MDNA (and the applicator is kinda annoying) but it definitely gets the job done!
