Maxed Out.

Maxi dresses can be a little tough to pull off if you have boobs – so I typically avoid them. One foul move and you look big all over/ get that Earth Mother vibe going on – not exactly my thing. But I saw this one on Kat a while ago and just loved it so much that I put my fears aside and gave it a try. I love the slightly billowy hemline and the way that it moves when you walk in it.

Hope you guys had a great weekend // happy Mother’s Day!

  11. I totally get what you’re saying, I usually go for a fitted maxi so I don’t look preggo and huge! This one looks great though!

  15. I’m bustier too but I actually wear a ton of maxi dresses in the spring/ summer! I usually look for ones that taper or synch (sp?) at the waist so that they don’t make me look bigger than I am… But this one is way cute and super flattering on you 🙂

  18. So cute! Navy looks great on you! I have the same problem with maxi dresses- the battle of trying to look cute and not like a sack of potatoes 😉 I just did a style post on a coral maxi dress that I wore with a belt to give definition to my waist. It works pretty well!
