Maxed Out.

Lately, I’ve been really into dressing like a witch. Long, flowy dresses paired with thick tights and boots… it’s the only way to be warm but also semi-dressed up. This Rebecca Taylor dress is a departure for me as I usually choose shorter dresses, but I really love it. It’s got a bit of a western vibe to it too. Witchy or western, it makes me want to twirl around in the middle of the street.

We shot these outfits in the West Village on a very very cold day last week, before the storm. I was super warm in my shearling coat but taking my coat off to show you the dress was actually (literally painful). It was cold that it hurt. But I had to show you the dress as I really love the cut + length of the sleeves, so I suffered. The things we do for outfit photos… 😉

Outfit Details: Rebecca Taylor Dress (also here) // Tahari Shearling Coat (more affordable options here + here) // Express Tights (the best)//BP Booties // Chanel Bag // Lipstick: Bite Cashmere Lip Cream in “Sherry”

There is no way I could pull that dress off, but it looks great on you! The print is beautiful though.

Ha, you don’t look like a witch! You look beautiful! The dress and coat are gorgeous. I love long dresses with tights in the winter, way more fun than pants!
