Gone are the days where lucite has the same connotation as crop tops, fistfuls of dollar bills, and thigh-high fishnets. Lucite has become a rather major trend, and if you ask me… it isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Here a few lucite items I’m craving right now…
Link Necklace // Glasses // Cuff w/Silver Accents // Clutch w/pouch // Tall Sandals // Cuff // Gold Low Heels (personal fave) // Embellished Bag // Clutch // Silver Heels
PS – want a DIY take on the trend? Try this necklace or this clutch.
And if it goes I’ll still be loving it, I’m such a sucker for lucite!
I love Lucite both in fashion and for the home! Love the pieces that you chose, have a great weekend:)
Just bought that cuff on the top right & I love it – great picks here!

I’m obsessed with lucite too lately! I really want a sleek chair for my home, but everything I’ve found so far is crazy-expensive. Also a clutch. And some heels. Ok, I’ll stop now.
I love the clutches and the glasses!
Love the look. But I’ll never understand why clear plastic has to be so expensive.
That embellished bag looks very DIYable.
I agree – doesn’t really make all that much sense! That’s why I love DIY!
really good quality clear plastic (thick, durable, legitimately clear – not cloudy) is actually really difficult and expensive to make! it is super annoying to me too – and clearly there’s a mark up in retail products – but it is honestly way more expensive than colored or non-acrylic plastic.
I think the clutch is my favorite!…. although, then I would need to keep the content more organized than they currently are 🙂
have a good weekend!
i love all things lucite.. that Shourouk bag is gorgeous 🙂
& Pretty Things
I want Lucite sunglasses. A lot.
Love the picks.
Love anything lucite and all these picks are amazing! I thought I would let you know about this piece http://shop.chloecommeparris.ca/product/crystal-sash by a good friend of mine which also came in a choker necklace style, i think you might like it. They are a sister team who launched their business while at NSCAD in Halifax, one clothing designer and one jewellery and accessory designer. They are now based out of Toronto. Hope you like it!
I’m not super into this trend, but I do like the idea of a simple lucite cuff – it’s very minimalistic.

ohhh that Charlotte Olympia clutch…. its a shame it’s almost 1K! in the meantime, i’ll be making your equally amazing DIY lucite necklace! have a great weekend, grace!
I love Lucite in the home more than as a fashion trend but I’m obsessed with this embellished bag!

I agree – Even though my lucite prom shoes might have been questionable back in high school, this trend is nothing but high fashion now, and on my wish list! I have a post scheduled for Sunday about my current lucite shoe obsessions!
xx
These are all so cute! I’m dying for a pair of pumps with a lucid heel.
I am so happy Lucite is in! I am dying for a pair of lucite heels. I love that clutch you posted.
I vote for lucite to stay for a long time!

LOVE those Loeffler Randalls – so sad they’re sold out in my size everywhere, it seems!
Loving these suggestions for what can be a kind of tricky trend – I already adore lucite for home décor, looking forward to integrating a cuff or heel into my wardrobe!
