In my ever so humble opinion, the outer beaches of Cape Cod are some of the most beautiful in the world. After our wintery seafood lunch yesterday, we stopped by Lighthouse Beach in Chatham for a little walk and to take some photos. The sun was just beginning to set, so the clouds were just the slightest bit pink. Two boats were stopped in the harbor, and with the exception of a few couples strolling, the beach was basically deserted. Having grown up here, there is something so peaceful about being by the water. It’s my happy place.
