Happy Wednesday, friends! How is the week going? I’m feeling pretty good. I’ve been getting in my morning workouts (makes such a difference in the rest of my day), and I just booked a semi spontaneous trip to Charleston this weekend. I haven’t been back since the week before Halloween, which isn’t that long… unless you’re me and act like you live there. I think I’ve been avoiding it as I’ve been so healthy and whenever I go there I just eat and drink my way through the city. A visit is overdue and I’m already realllly excited for good food, friends, and (slightly!) warmer weather. There’s something that makes me so giddy and excited about a trip – even if it’s a place like Charleston or Cape Cod that I’ve been to a million times.
The other exciting thing piece of news that I have for you is that I am going to meet my favorite artist on Friday – Hunt Slonem! He’s the one who does all those bunnies I love (I went so far as to frame his wallpaper as I can’t afford the real deal just yet.) Trent and I are visiting the studio, taking a bunch of photos, and I will be doing a feature about him here on the blog. I’m truly out of my mind excited… he’s my favorite! Also on the art front – I went to this exhibit yesterday and it was AMAZING. Highly recommend if you are in the New York area!!!
I hope you guys are having a good week. As for clothes, there is never enough leopard. I love doubling up… a statement coat + easy heels… or even a little leopard clutch. Three leopard pieces is too much, but two is just enough. 🙂 In less exciting/slightly disturbing and upsetting news, I lost my favorite pair of Celine sunglasses. I’m so bummed. To replace them, I bought this much less expensive pair and have been loving them so far. But yeah. This is why we can’t have nice things.
Outfit Details: J. McLaughlin Coat (sold out but also love this, this, + this) // ASOS Blouse (also here, + in emerald, yellow, + white) // Good American Jeans // J.Crew Pumps (a few years old but these are very similar and a great price. I love this pair too.) // Wandler Bag // Polaroid Sunglasses // BaubleBar Sequin Earrings
I find leopard such a hard print to get into and to work into an outfit. I don’t think I’d dare with a coat myself, but shoes, I like it! You look gorgeous too! 🙂

Thank you so much Jada! xx
Love Hunt Slonem! I can’t wait to see your post! I became obsessed with him when I saw the fabric Sally from A Piece of Toast used in her nursery. I’m probably going to have to copy her and do that since fabric, like your framed wallpaper, is more in my budget than a real piece!
Thank you Emily!!! I loved Sally’s nursery too!!!
How amazing it is that you get the chance to visit your fave artist and his studio too! Enjoy it to the max! I also love your leo coat, it’s perfect and so snuggly!

So exciting about Charleston! Happy Wednesday, lady!
Thanks so much Jenn! Back at ya! xx
I love leopard, I definitely wear it as a neutral. That’s exciting about Hunt Slonem! I have a pet rabbit, so anything bunny I love 🙂
I love bunnies!!!! I want to get one for Tyrion but I think that would be a bad idea. My old coworker had three!!
I LOVE the leopard print! And with that pop of red it’s so fun!
