This is a more fun outfit diary as I had a lot of plans (and some days, an outfit change – ha!). Lots of pretty dresses, lots of stripes.. pretty par for the course. It’s the absolute best time to be in Charleston right now. I had a few different friends and then my boyfriend in town. I am definitely someone who is affected by the weather and Spring in Charleston just makes me want to dress up! When it is this nice outside it is fun to put in a little extra effort, even if it’s just to go eat bar food (which is what happened on both Wednesday and Sunday)… ha!

Hi! Love the outfits this week, especially the Thierry Colson dress! Could you please let me know how comfortable/uncomfortable the LR Margi heels are? I’ve been eyeing them! Thanks!
I would say they are medium, comfort wise. Not as comfortable as the Emilia (which I can literally walk a mile and a half to dinner in, if need be) but for a stiletto, very comfortable. I regularly wear them to events and dinners here and am great but probably wouldn’t walk more than 10 minutes in them. But standing in at a party is fine!
Grace, Thank you so much for doing the Planned Parenthood fundraiser with a generous match. I donated and see you met your goal! I was feeling a little confused watching all of the pretty parties in Charleston when it did not seem that many were speaking up publicly at such a devastating time. I know the show must go on and we shouldn’t diminish celebratory events–especially for women, but I am glad you acknowledged what’s going on. Your post made me feel less alone. Thank you.
Thank you for the comment 🙂
I’m so happy that gold birks are back in season, I wore mine for the first time this year a few weeks ago.
Me too. Just the best!
