I talk a lot about my compulsive snacking in these parts and it’s only gotten worse since starting to work from home / developing a bit of a soul cycle addiction. Always. hungry. A month or so ago KIND reached out and sent me a few snacks to try (oddly I had never tried their product) and I fell in love with the Honey Mustard flavor. Oh my god, it’s so good! (While I don’t discriminate in my snacking, I’m generally more of a savory girl, and it can be really hard to find savory snacks.) And so now I pretty much always have a bar or two in my bag, so not to end up hungry/hangry.
But although I could go on and on about the Honey Mustard, we’re not here to talk about that today… recently, KIND teamed up with Starbucks to launch two new (exclusive) flavors (I’ll tell you more about them below… so yummy!)

The first new flavor is Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate Nut. This one is ultra crunchy, with whole nuts (cashews + pecans), salted caramel, and dark chocolate. It’s decadent and really rich & filling. I’ll be honest (this might border on TMI, sorry) this bar is absolutely perfect around that time of the month when I’m really craving chocolate (but am trying not to eat terribly.)
And the second is Almond Coconut Cashew Chai. This one is actually my favorite, and I didn’t expect it to be (anything salted caramel usually wins in my book.) I think I love it because it’s so chewy. You feel like you’re eating something really bad/indulgent. It takes coconut, almonds, and cashews and spices things up with chai (think of one of Starbucks’ delicious chai lattes and you have the flavor.)
