It’s officially festival season. I’m headed to Indio this weekend with work to help manage some Coachella-based projects. It’s my first time at the festival, and admittedly I’m a bit more “palm springs” and less “fringe and flower crown” so wanted to round up some fun pieces that represent the nearby city all in an affordable way.
Of course, we are huge fans of the banana leaf print here at The Stripe, and some of these pieces feel straight out of a Slim Aarons photo. These printed heels, for example, would be stellar underneath these fun kick flare pink pants. This ruffle top, too, would be ideal with a pair of statement earrings and perhaps a dressy pair of printed shorts.
Whether or not you’ll be hitting up a festival, these looks will be sure to turn a few heads.

I’ve never been to a music festival before – they aren’t really popular where I live, and when there are festivals, the tickets are so expensive. 🙁 Still loving the outfit inspiration, though! 😀
