I’ve had romantic silhouettes on the brain lately, and ladylike for fall is so easy to do. An extra ruffle here, some velvet there, a little dark print added in for good measure and voila! It’s a recipe for success.
These pieces are so easy to mix & match, too; Print mixing is a piece of cake when you pair a small print (like this top) with a larger one (like this skirt), topping things off with some glam earrings and a pink leather bag. Personally, I’ve got this maxi dress at the top of my fall wish list along with these velvet heels.
Finally, no romantic look is complete without some beauty essentials. A dark lip and nail are always really stunning on any skin tone, and add that perfect pop of color. This MAC lip collection was just launched and is hyper-pigmented for really intense color (try it in ‘Dionysus’) + this Essie polish (in ‘In The Lobby’) is the perfect wine red. And perfume is a must for any romantic… and this sultry floral scent is one of my all-time faves. It’s warm and spicy but still fresh. I’ve been wearing it for years!
