Kelly’s Chic Under $100: Must Haves.

I am a massive creature of habit. I tend to buy variants of the same thing over and over again with hopes that the next one will be better. And after years of chasing down the perfect t-shirt (this Current/Elliot option stays baby-soft no matter how many washes), the most incredible body scrub (Grace and I have mentioned this one before and there’s truly nothing better!), or the best button down (Equipment blouses on sale are the key), here are a few things I honestly can’t live without.

Favorite Beauty Products: • My skin is oily but not necessarily acne-prone, and this cleanser keeps excess oil and clogged pores in check without being too drying. I’ve tried everything from Eve Lom to St. Ives but continually return to this minty fresh gel from Murad. • I have to wash my hair daily (daily workouts + oily-prone strands are a bad combo), and I find that this heat protectant keeps my locks under control and helps to prevent the damage I’d incur due to daily hair drying and curling. • After over 10 years of daily cateyes and countless liners, this $12 option is truly the Queen of Liquid Liners. It’s ultra-black and ultra-precise.

Favorite Undergarments: • Undergarments are just as important as what you’re wearing over them. After years of being a die-hard Hanky Panky fan, I recently picked up a Cosabella Cutie thong and instantly became obsessed. The lace is just a little bit thicker & also more durable, so it’s more flattering on, but also holds up better in the wash. • I’ve also become an avid bodysuit fan, and this one from J.Crew is perfect. They don’t add any bulk as you don’t need to tuck them in, and so long as you get the kind of the snaps like this one, it’s hassle-free.

Favorite Accessories: • These stacking Catbird rings are handmade here in NYC, and are solid gold. I have three I never take off, and they add just the right about of bling without being overpowering. • These cosmetic cases from Cuyana are chic and grown-up, and have solved all my packing woes. (ok… they’re $110, but close!) • These Everlane sandals are classic and such an easy wear. Throw on & go!

Xx

Really cute picks, especially the black jeans! I still have yet to get a pair myself (I know!)
