Inside Clothes

This post was inspired by a reader DM from a few weeks ago. I was wearing this cute little Amazon set and she asked, “do you wear that out or do you sleep in it?” A very valid question but the answer here is neither! I have (probably too many) a lot of clothes that I don’t sleep in, but I don’t wear out either. Chalk it up to working from home and also being part cat. I love my cozy days and nights at home and my wardrobe definitely reflects that.

Of course not all of these things are strictly indoor clothes. Like this Kilte cardigan and this Sezane button down (my most beloved, favorite button-down!), or the Nili Lotan pants that are so comfy I could nap in them. Those are a nice indoor/outdoor hybrid. But most days, when I’m working at home, you can find me in a cozy sweater set (like this or this), cozy Merino wool Bombas socks, and comfy slippers. Also: I am always cold so generally bundle up quite a bit when I’m home.

PS – it looks like these jeans were just restocked in a few sizes. I can’t recommend them enough. The perfect not-skinny jean if you are a millennial and is really trying but can’t do totally oversized.
