Love all of this! Specifically the YSL tributes. I’ve definitely thought about saving up and getting these, but then I get scared and am like wait are they really as comfortable as everyone says they are? I know you’ll give the honest truth. What is the longest you’ve worn them on your feet? And have you ever seen them go on sale or anything?
I’ve worn ’em all day – to work and then out at night. Very comfortable but of course they are still heels. They are my absolute favorite shoes in the world. Don’t judge, but I have three pairs – light tan, brown, and black patent. (Over the past 3 years, I’ve gotten one pair each year.) They’re that good. But I have the slightly shorter height (still around 4 or 5 inches,) they make them in two different heights. I don’t think they ever go on sale though 🙁 I saw a pair once on Bluefly but that was it!
Okay, this is exactly what I was hoping to hear. The fact that you have three pairs is even better now I know they are as good as I’ve heard. I think I am going to take the plunge and get the black or light tan, and who knows maybe I’ll start a whole love affair with them and get more 🙂
Yay! I really think you will love… keep me posted on which ones you get!!! And def recommend the shorter ones. You can’t really tell the difference but they are more comfortable. Go to Nordstrom so that you can try them on!
Haha I was totally starting to look at where I should go try them on and I’m thinking either Nordstrom or Neiman’s. I for sure want to try the shorter height on before I get them. I feel like the photos I always see are of people wearing the higher ones, but the shorter ones seem like they’d be so much more comfortable.
