Grace’s Favorites: July 2012

It’s a little bit crazy to think that we’re already into August.  I have Fall on the brain in a major way, but it’s too hot to even think about putting on jeans… let alone sweaters or leather jackets.  I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite things from this month… shiny ballet flats, a sparkly top… a peachy handbag… the coolest bracelets… an awesome body lotion + a few beauty must-haves.

For more on why I love these products, keep reading.Vaseline Total Moisture Aloe Fresh is, plain + simple, a great body lotion.  The new improved formula is so good – it feels great on skin and truly nourishes + moisturizes it.  (The aloe formula is particularly fantastic for summer… it’s especially light and fresh!)  It’s also interesting to note that in an influencer study, 80% of consumers who had tried Vaseline in the past felt that the new formula was even better.

Tory Burch Gold Chelsea Ballet Flats I’m ultimately learning that you just can’t wear flip flops in the city during the summer and keep your pedicure intact.  These keep my feet clean and looking cute.  They’re the perfect shade of gold and go with everything I own.

I LOVE these bracelets from The Ropes Maine.  Having a major moment with all of her jewelry right now.  It’s hard to track down online but I found that The Snappy Turtle has quite a good selection.

RMS Beauty Living Luminizer I’m addicted to this stuff.  Victoria gave it to me when she came to visit a few months ago… it’s the perfect non sparkly highlighter.  It’s also all natural + organic, which I love.

Benefit Coralista is my new favorite gloss.  Just a hint of peachy coral color… and loads of shine.  What I love about Benefit’s glosses is that they aren’t too tacky.  Nothing worse than getting your hair stuck in your lipgloss on a hot summer day!

I bought this sparkly tee from J.Crew and I’m totally obsessed.  Wear it now with cut-offs and fun sandals… or wear it later with… everything!

I LOVE these bracelets from The Ropes Maine.  Having a major moment with all of her jewelry right now.  It’s hard to track down online but I found that The Snappy Turtle has quite a good selection.

I can’t put down my Rebecca Minkoff Swing Bag.  I’m pretty sure peach is a neutral – it goes with everything in my closet.  It’s girly and fun, but big enough to hold all of my essentials.  I also love how you can wear it two different ways by either wearing the strap long, or doubling it up.

Disclosure:  This is a sponsored post and I was provided with product from Vaseline.  All opinions are my own – I’d never feature a brand here that I didn’t truly believe in.

I always love these posts – that highlighter has me intrigued.  I’ve used Benefit High Beam forever, but love the idea of something all-natural…will have to check it out!

Thanks, Kim! I use High Beam, too and love it, but I might love this even more.. This one is a lot creamier. I am slowly going to be transitioning to more natural products (though it is so hard – for example, I am addicted to Benefit’s whole line!)
