Can you believe we’re already into the second week of July? Today I am heading to Cape Cod for the next week with my whole family. I’m so excited for some beach time, family time, homemade lobster rolls… and relaxation! We do this every summer and it is so nice to get everyone together in one place for the week (it rarely happens, these days!!!) In the meantime, here are 8 of the things I loved most this month. As always, click the graphic above to learn more… or read on to learn why I love these things!
ONE // ELEMIS Devils Mint Scrub is one of the best body scrubs I’ve ever tried. And it smells so, so minty and good. I’m a sucker for a really great mint scrub or wash that will wake you up immediately and this fits the bill. Besides all that, it also gets your skin so, so smooth!
TWO // Tuleste Feather Earrings – these are just the coolest, ever! A little crazy sure but so fun. One of my girlfriends gave me a pair and I just love them. I think they look best with a really understated outfit – think a white tee or tank, jeans, and cool shoes…
THREE // White Sunglasses – these are so much fun! I’m really fussy when it comes to my sunglasses (I have a big face and they always look too small) but these are awesome!
FOUR // Wander Mascara – I have tried so many mascaras, and saying that a mascara is my favorite of all time feels a bit aggressive… but this mascara is a really, really good one. It leaves lashes ultra fat, long, glossy, and slightly curled. Everything you could ever want.
FIVE // BP Twist Front Tee – this is honestly the best $22 you will spend all summer. I bought it in white and liked it so much that I got a second white one… and also went back for it in black and blush. It’s super flattering and comfy (I bought a small), and I’ve gotten all my friends to buy it too!
SIX // CB2 Metal Stool – I’ve been on the hunt for two stools for my kitchen and these are the winners! I like the gold finish and that they aren’t too bulky – a lot of the stools I looked at just felt way too clunky. These are perfection.
EIGHT // Felt & Fat Plates are absolutely everywhere I look. My sister has a set, and when I went to dinner at Sunday in Brooklyn last week, there they were again. The marbled ones are so lovely… especially the pink marble. They are pricy but worth saving up for a set. I plan on adding two at a time to my china cabinet… they are just the prettiest… even better in person!
