I bought this dress tonight. It was after my family reunion / grandmother’s 85th birthday. I hopped into Forever 21 and spied this dress. Ah-mazing.
It doesn’t look particularly special in the image below, but in person it’s pretty fabulous.
So so cute and under $25. I like the idea of adding a wide elastic belt to this one, just to give it a little extra something special. So so so so cute.
