Girls’ Night In

GirlsNight1

Girlsnight2

Sometimes there is nothing better in the world than a little girls’ night in with close gal pals.  I feel so lucky to have made some incredible friends through blogging.  It’s really the best part.  We can lean on each other (and also vent about this crazy little world of blogging + share ideas) and talk about our lives outside of blogging.

This week, Caroline had Christine, Jessie and I over to her (beautiful) new apartment for a casual little night of pizza, salad, and (much needed) girl time.  These gals are some of my favorite ladies and it was just what the doctor ordered.  I brought the wine  and we had fun tasting Coppola’s Rose (my fave), Blanc de Blancs (bubbly, yummy, prosecco), and Chardonnay.

I have been drinking Coppola’s ‘Sofia’ for a few years now and trying to get my friends to drink it. They also sell it in a pretty box with four cans. Perfect for the beach! It’s my favorite sparkling wine.
