Getting Active

OldNavy---1Old Navy Jacket, Tank, and Shorts // Nike Sneakers (similar)

Admittedly, getting beach-bod ready has taken a back-burner over the past few months as things with work + this blog (not to mention life) have been on the crazier side.  That said, I miss getting out and running… especially by the river.  There’s no better way to blow off stress.  The same goes for yoga.  I’m starting small, with the goal of getting out for a run twice a week, and making it to a class once a week.  I’m pretty good about eating healthfully, but am going to be better about that as well.

I really love Old Navy’s line of activewear.  The attention to detail is really great (check out the nifty thumb inserts on the jacket!) and the pieces hold up through repeated washings.

I have always been a bit unsure of the quality of Old Navy workout stuff, but the pieces are so cute (and really good price!) so its worth a try!

Old Navy’s workout clothes are a really great quality, I buy activewear almost exclusively from them. I’ve had great luck with cropped leggings, shorts, yoga pants, shirts, and sports bras. Plus they come on sale and everyone wins.

those shorts are great (and for a great price point)! I have been doing power yoga twice a week for a few months and am loving it…yoga is the best practice for mind & body.

I’m a big fan of old navy active wear! It’s so affordable compared with most brands, and really good quality. I rarely work out :-/ but when I do, I’m usually wearing something Old Navy!
