Blogger friendships are unique in that you can say certain things to your friends who have blogs that you can’t necessarily say to your friends who don’t have blogs. For example, you can talk bout how awesome your shoes are and it isn’t actually bragging — it’s idea sharing. I say this half kidding, half serious… but it is true. For example, during fashion week last September, my friend Lauren and I were both going on about how amazing her Freda Salvador shoes {she was wearing a pair that is similar to these} were. At the time I hadn’t heard of the brand yet, but I was instantly obsessed. Her flats are edgy, cool, have personality… and still manage to go with everything you own… pretty much a dream come true, if you ask me.

Who doesn’t love a good short bootie! They are such a great staple for the season and can be paired with almost any outfit! We are seeing them paired most frequently with adorable maxi dresses, sleek skinny’s and a great boyfriend jean!
