As much as I absolutely hate, hate, hate being cold, there is something really nice about getting bundled up and cozy… and wearing ALL of the layers. That is the case with today’s post… which may be one of the coziest outfits I own, and it’s all from American Eagle Outfitters! I really love the look of different neutrals (yes, I consider blush pink to be a neutral) layered together… the resulting look is soft and easy to wear.

I’ve said it before, but AEO has some really great denim! This pair is the perfect basic pair of jeans.. and they are under $50! I love that their denim comes in four lengths (short, regular, long, and extra long). Jeans are always short on me (I’m just under 5’8) so I always go with the “long.” And while it’s hard to see it under all those layers (sorry!) this (AEO) sweater is the best. The caramel color is so pretty, and it is so comfy that I think I need to go back and get it in pink and grey, too! What I love about it is the high-low cut, which makes it easy to tuck it into the front of your jeans, but the back is still long enough and covers your butt.

The last thing I have to call attention to is my favorite AEO item: this pink tassel scarf! The photos online do not do it justice. It’s oversized and amazing and ridiculously soft. You need it. Just trust me. (Pick a few of them up as gifts while you’re at it… you won’t find a better under $30 gift!)
