Sometimes, even working for a start-up where we can dress pretty casually (most days I’m in denim or a sundress), it feels nice to put on a polished dress. It’s especially nice on a Monday… starting off the work week right! I love MM La Fleur‘s dresses for that reason, especially this one… The Sophia, as it feels like an elegant blouse / pencil skirt but is actually in fact, a dress.
Hope you guys had a great weekend. I am still a little under the weather with a cold so spent most of my weekend reading and watching Mad Men reruns + a few movies. I watched Mud and Jack Reacher… loved both!

My office is pretty much the opposite (not wearing a suit = dressing down) but this would definitely work for a “casual” friday! I love that it looks like separates but is actually a dress – so easy! Hope you feel better soon!
