As you know by now, I’ve got a little neon obsession going on. True, neon is more of a summer thing, but I tend to wear (and make) whatever it is that makes me happy. Besides, if you ask me… neons look pretty rocking with Fall’s neutral color palette. These earrings will look especially fantastic paired with camel or brown hues… or a crisp white blouse.
Materials:
Neon nail polish (I particularly really like the nail art bottles)
Clear top coat (I like Sally Hansen)
Pre-set Rhinestones (I got mine at New York Beads… they have a gajillion shapes.)
2 Earring backings
Strong glue (I like E 6000 glue)
Cardstock
X-Acto Knife & Cutting Board
Paint your stones! Use 3-4 coats of polish… paint carefully!
Glue on your earring backs… and…
