And L’Atelier Rouge and I are back at it again. Last week, we made this simple but elegant wreath floral arrangement with white flowers, pine, + cypress. Today’s centerpiece is even easier to make. You’ll need sago palm leaves, strelitzia leaves, some gold spray paint, and a white poinsettia plant.
The first step (a day or two before you need to make the arrangement) is to spray paint the leaves gold. Once they are sprayed down, they’ll keep forever and you can repurpose them for other arrangements. Coat both sides with 2-3 coats of paint, and allow to dry for at least 24 hours.
Take your poinsettia and put it inside a vase.
Slowly add the gold leaves. We added the majority of ours to the left, to give it a nice interesting shape.
So easy!

Very pretty arrangement…but just a friendly PSA: sago palms are toxic to cats and dogs. (Hate to be a Debbie Downer, I actually really enjoy your blog Grace, just would hate for anything to happen to Tyrion!)
Oh my gosh that’s great to know! I knew poinsettias were toxic to cats but I didn’t know about sago palms! I actually ended up leaving this arrangement at the studio as we made three that day and they wouldn’t all fit in my tiny apartment! So Tyrion is safe! Thank you for flagging 🙂 🙂
