I’m so happy you discussed how you became interested in wine and your growing up years with your family restaurant . My Dad owned a very popular Wine and Cheese store in town and as kids we liked to take home the displays ! Fast forward I never acquired a taste for anything but the sweeter drinks or Strawberry wine and Margaritas. I certainly had cocktails a lot with my friends . When my beautiful son passed away due to alcoholism, I just stopped my own form of relaxation besides a Book and a Starbucks . I realized a lot through you and your friends having lovely evenings and your drink recipes that this wasn’t about me and I didn’t have to deprive myself because I simply had no issues . It is an addiction like any other form of disease and that I could not have saved him from. So , thank you Grace for sharing so many crucial and personal things that even if you don’t know it, you have helped me and so many friends here.❤️
