A few weeks ago, Julia invited a few of us out to Greenwich, Connecticut for an event that she hosted at the J.McLaughlin store. To be honest, I’d never shopped at J.McLaughlin before, but I was instantly obsessed with all of their buttery soft cashmere + cozy leggings. The brand let us each pick out an outfit and I immediately copied Julia (she was wearing this same sweater at the event). So cozy! I picked out these scuba leggings to wear with it, and I really love them as they are thick + flattering (and nice + high waisted – no muffin tops allowed!)
A note about the sizing on the poncho: I have a long torso so I went with the M/L. It does run a little short… I recommend layering it over a tank or cami in a color close to whatever bottoms you are wearing. The leggings run a bit big, so I got a size small in those. This poncho is stunning and it looks so comfy! I also love the zipper that is added to the leggings. It’s a nice edgy touch that makes the leggings much more day-time appropriate.
