I’m so happy for my friend Jess, who has just launched her very own clothing line (so cool!) She sent me this coat from the collection and I immediately squealed upon opening it (I’d been wanting a hot pink coat but hadn’t found one I loved yet.) It’s worth noting that the coat is a lot brighter in person than it is on the website (these photos are pretty true to the actual color), making for such a fun statement. It also comes in navy blue, for those of you who are looking for something a bit more practical. Congrats, Jess – the line is fab! (I’m loving this leopard topper, too.)
The coat is perfect to wear right now on colder days (I’m wearing a light silk top in these photos) and as it gets chillier, will be great over a sweater for warmer winter days. The cut is very similar to J.Crew’s cocoon coat. If you’re between sizes, size down (I’m wearing a small and have room for a sweater underneath).
