Confession: I get anxious if I don’t have water nearby. At the gym, running errands… even at the movies! I always have it with me and if I don’t, I feel off. It’s kind of like my Burts Bees lip balm and a hair tie. Those three things… they’re my security blanket. For that reason, I’m pretty much never without my bobble Insulate. It keeps my water cold for up to 24 hours (seriously – even in this heat), and the mouth of the bottle is wide enough to accommodate most ice cubes. It’s also BPA free and dishwasher safe. I make it my goal to fill mine up 10 – 12x per day. I know this is probably a lot (it holds 15 oz) but you are supposed to drink your body weight in ounces so I feel like I’m getting that in… and then some (and I work out quite a bit so I need to hydrate even more).
The insulated bottle is my go-to, but I also love the bobble Infuse… my favorite thing to do is to fill the bottle with a few slices of lemon, cucumber, and/or strawberries to flavor my water. I’ll just keep adding more water to it all day long and then at the end of the day, dump out the fruit and put the bottle (but not the filter!) in the dishwasher.
Besides the fact that I am always thirsty, staying hydrated keeps my skin glowing… and my body from retaining water. When you’re dehydrated, it shows. Dehydrated skin looks tired + fatigued, and dehydration can also cause dullness and (temporary) fine lines. So drink up my friends! It’s the easiest.. + second most important thing (besides wearing sunscreen daily) that you can do for your skin this summer.
