If you don’t know of Otte, you may want to change that.  (And add to your to-do list, next time you visit New York City.)  Otte started as one luxury boutique in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (in 1999.)  It’s since expanded to several locations – in the West Village, Tribeca, and Madison Avenue.
