Bits & Pieces

{some favorite jewels of the moment – Lulu Frost, BaubleBar, + more Lulu}

It’s been a rather hectic few weeks.  I sometimes feel like I’m slowly going crazy… forgetting little details here + there (sometimes entire conversations) and basically feeling like I’m going to fall asleep standing up.  I’m powering through, though!  I have a fun shoot with Glitter Guide tomorrow AM and then the craziness subsides for a bit.  Believe me, I’m not complaining…  I feel so lucky for all of the cool things I’ve gotten to do lately… I’m just a tad exhausted!  Next week the bf and I head to Lake Placid for 5 days… I cannot wait to unplug and get some fresh air.

{Friends sometimes ask me how I balance everything…  the short answer is wine.  Sofia Blanc de Blancs is my fave right now… (it also makes a great gift) It’s refreshing, light, and bubbly.  The perfect little way to treat myself at the end of a long day.}

{My apartment is basically just DIY supplies, everywhere right now.  Lucky for me, my bf is patient!}

{Fresh flowers + a heavenly candle.}

{My idea of a great Friday night… a good read and a DIY manicure.  This is 31, friends.  I’m really loving this book though… it’s so beautifully written that it’s taking me forever to finish as I just want to soak up every detail.}

  1. Love the Lulu Frost pieces! They are so pretty. I’m feeling with you. I’ve had a couple of weeks like this a while ago but now everything has finally calmed down a bit. Weeks like these make you thankful for all the cozy weekends spent at home. 😉

  6. See, your 31-year-old idea of a good night correlates with my idea of a good night, and I’m 23. Am I wise beyond my years or just need to go out and get a few drinks? Haha love the peonies and that beautiful tree trunk coaster! 🙂
