I cannot get spring off the brain. I think it’s around this is the time of year that everyone is getting sick of the weather (yours truly included). It’s not fun and wintery and romantic anymore, it’s just cold.
That said, it’s also around now that it’s time to start thinking about what pieces you might want to add into your wardrobe for the upcoming season. Clearly I’m feeling some color (namely pinks and yellows) and feminine details: a flouncy sleeve, a pink heel, an embroidered dress, and a really fun pom pom hat.
I spent the majority of my Sunday working on some springtime beauty rituals, too. A fresh coat of polish in bright pink, a clarifying mask, and a healthy dose of self-tanner. I’ve been a long-time St. Tropez fan, but recently discovered Tan-Luxe, a UK line that’s kind of yet to make it’s way stateside, and fell in love with their body serum. The face serum didn’t suit me as much, but a while back, Grace gave me this James Read overnight face tanning mask and it’s stellar. Not orange, doesn’t stain my white sheets, and doesn’t cause breakouts. Win-win-win.
Anyway, I am dying for this pink maxi dress and these yellow satin shoes… What’s in your shopping cart this spring?
Xx
P.S. These items didn’t make the cut as they’re over my $100 limit… but if your springtime budget has a bit of flexibility, they’re incredible: this Sézane Lace Dress and Top
Top: Yellow Swiss Dot Top // Mango Pink & Red Crossbody Bag // Vans Leather High Tops // Mango Poplin Pink Top // Raffia Bag // Indie Lee Clearing Mask // BaubleBar Pineapple Studs // Saint Tropez Self Tanning Lotion // ASOS Embroidered Dress // BaubleBar Turquoise Cuff // Pink Fringe Suede Mules
Middle: Blue Cotton Poplin Button Down Shirt // Pink Cateye Sunglasses // Ilia Multi-Stick // Lush Pink Midi Dress with Tie Front // BaubleBar Turquoise Ear Crawlers // Mango Pointed Toe Pink Flats // Mango Pink Coat // James Read Overnight Sleep Tan Mask // Elizabeth Dehn for One Love Organics Vitamin B Cleanser
