Great Fall Style at Every Price!

12 Trends to Try at 3 Price Points - Best Fall Trends 2016 - The Stripe

Last Fall, we rounded up the best classic Fall style at every price point. I stand by those pieces – they are wardrobe staples that you’ll wear forever. This year, I wanted to do something a little different. There are SO many trends out there this season… but I don’t love them all. These twelve items are my favorite “must-haves” this season… pieces that will update your look and most importantly, mix + match with what you already own!

You’ll probably recognize a lot of these pieces from the blog. I wear my silk bandana pretty much all the time. It’s such an easy way to update your outfit, with minimal effort. Cropped flares were a trend that I’d said a big NO to (in denim), but I really love the trend done in a classic pant. I wear these pants all the time… they’re flattering + a fun alternative to a skirt. And of course, my Vince slip-ons and block heel pumps… those are my two favorite pairs of shoes from this season. The sneakers are so comfy (but still chic) and the pumps instantly dress up whatever else I’m wearing!

  1. Wide Brim Hat: really save // save // splurge
  2. Slip On Sneakers : really save // save // splurge
  3. Velvet Top: really save // save // splurge
  4. Silk Scarf/Bandana: really save // save // splurge
  5. Mules: really save // save // splurge
  6. Bell Sleeve Minidress: really save // save // splurge
  7. Tassel Earrings: really save // save // splurge
  8. Cropped Black Flare Pants: really save // save // splurge
  9. Lace Midi Dress with Sleeves: really save // save // splurge
  10. Choker Necklace: really save // save // splurge
  11. Frayed Skinny Jeans: really save // save // splurge
  12. Block Heel Pumps: really save // save // splurge

What trend are you most excited about this season? (My personal favorite is anything bell-sleeved – I have yet to pull the trigger on anything, but I think it’s such a fun look… especially as a minidress. I love all three of the options we found above!)

I totally agree about the bell sleeves – those dresses are all darling options! Love the bandana trend but I’m a little scared to try it…

    • graceatwood says 10.1.16

Try it in silk first! I find that a silk bandana is wayyyy easier to pull off than a cotton one! 🙂

Omg, I’ve become such a fan of velvet! In Charleston we have this great store, Shirtini, which has an icy blue crush velvet shirt dress I’ve just added to my fall wardrobe. Such a delightful post!
