Jusssst popping in to share four beauty products I’m absolutely LOVING this month. I try a lot of stuff every month and am trying to do a better job at rounding up the winners for you here!
Tracie Martyn Absolute Purity Toner.
I never was really a toner girl (they just seemed unnecessary?) until I tried this particular toner. And it isn’t only about the smell, but it is kind of yes, about the smell. The smell is HEAVEN. I am only slightly exaggerating when I say that it smells like applying the lavender fields of Provence directly to your face. Gorgeous scent aside, what I love most about this toner is how it calms any redness and reduces the appearance of the pores on my nose. My skin has been oilier this summer (blame it on the humidity) so this is perfect on those extra dewy days where I don’t necessarily want to look extra dewy.
Clark’s Botanicals Marine Cream.
I have been a big fan of this brand for a long time, but you probably already know that by now! When Francesco and I did our Instagram Live (you can see it on IG TV if you’re interested in watching!) he raved and raved about this product. It’s their signature, best selling cream and I had never tried it. It’s the ultimate multi-tasker. It leaves skin luminous and glowy and so smooth thanks to 5% glycolic acid. (If you order it from their site, take 25% off the cream + anything else you order with code TheStripe25.)
Herbivore Prism Serum.
Besides the fact that the bottle is very pretty and it comes in a prismatic carton (I know I know, I’m such a sucker for packaging), this is a really great product, especially if you like to use acids on your face. It is a simple product but just a really good fruit acid serum; and it’s natural! You apply it just after cleansing (or after essence if you use that), before any moisturizing products the (5%) fruit acid formula naturally exfoliates for super glowy skin. I’m a big fan of this as I love a Vitamin C serum but hadn’t tried an all organic/natural one that I loved until this! (if you use the marine cream you don’t need this too, as that contains 5% glycolic acid!)
Wander Beauty Palette.
I am generally not a palette girl but this one is perfect. It’s small, so it fits easily into in my makeup bag… but it’s mighty. To the left are five supremely wearable neutral eyeshadows that are perfect for everyday (though you can use the darker shades for a smoky effect at night) and to the right is a universally flattering highlighter + blush duo. It’s simple and easy but contains everything you need and nothing unnecessary (which I can’t say about most palettes – there is usually always at least one or two things I don’t use!)
I love the look and packaging of the Herbivore serum! It’s enough to get me to buy it, haha! 🙂

It’s such a good product!
Ahh the 25% off Clark’s Botanical is a game-changer, thank you! Your skin is always dreamy 🙂
Super random and unrelated but I loved your home tour and was curious if the jute rugs shed a lot / are dirty underneath? They look so nice with the decor but have heard mixed reviews about the material.
Yay – so glad to hear that! Such a fan of this brand.
The rugs shed a bit but I vacuum 2x a week (sometimes more) so it’s never an issue. I’ve had rugs that shed a LOT more than this.
The Wander Beauty palette features the most gorgeous pigments!
Happy Wednesday

It does! One of the best palettes I’ve gotten my hands on.
Ooh I’m going to need to try that Herbivore Prism serum (having been using + loving so many of their products this summer) and the Clark’s Botanicals cream asap! Thanks for the recommendations!

I hope you love it!!!
