Every now and again, something truly cool will happen, where I am reminded how lucky I am to live in New York. This time around, it was LensCrafters’ event at the Glass Houses in Chelsea.
The premise of the event was to promote (stylish) prescription sunglasses. Basically, most of us need some sort of glasses, but very few of us actually wear prescription sunnies. When you think about it, how silly.
The thing I did not know is that LensCrafters’ actually carries an extensive range of pretty amazing designer shades. From classic Ray-Bans to trendy Tory Burch or elegant Tiffany sunglasses, there is something for everyone.

It was a really fun evening. And to any of you who haven’t sprung for prescription sunnies, I highly recommend it. LensCrafters carries an unbeatable selection, and being able to see and still protect your eyes is pretty much the best.
