Hey guys, Kelly here! Welcome to this week’s installment of Kelly’s Chic.
I’m a die-hard Cancer. Totally emotional, intuitive, and a homebody. Because of that, I love to nest. When I was in high school, I talked my parents into letting me sell all of my childhood furniture on Craigslist so that I could spend the earnings on new “adult” furniture. When I went to college, I painstakingly hand painted every new place I moved into (and that was once a year). The walls were everything from bright red to gray & silver stripes.
Now that I have a place in Manhattan, I’m thrilled to be starting off entirely new. I find that I gravitate towards bright white walls, graphic textiles, plenty of greenery, and accents in marble & brass. Given how expensive decorating can get, I thought I’d put together some of my favorite home decor selects… all under $100.
My favorites? This cool one-of-a-kind brass antelope figurine, and these incredible turkish towels. They’re super soft… I use mine as blankets on my couch, but I’ve also gifted them to friends who use them as bath towels.
That marble lamp is so cool! Great picks!
The Style Scribe
I love these pieces, especially the green leaf print for some reason! The colour just gives such a fresh feel.
Decor items can be SO expensive, but lots of brands are putting out really cool and inexpensive lines. Great roundup, Kelly – loving 1 and 6!!
That Twenty Something
I’m really loving this column! I added so many of these items to my home décor wishlist 🙂
So many things I’ve been swooning over, like the Anthropologie/Terrain porcelain basket and the wine rack! xx
I am downright obsessed with this collection of home decor. Pretty much everything matches my style and who doesn’t love a price point under $100? I really enjoyed shopping these looks.
