She’s baacck! This week, Kelly is sharing some affordable fashion week essentials. It’s hard to believe it’s already here. I’m kind of obsessed with everything she found (especially #5!)

Happy fashion week everyone!! NYFW is one of the things I look forward to all year long. I get SO excited for the shows and all the hubbub that goes on in NYC surrounding the women’s ready-to-wear collections, and can’t help but shop around a bit before the week gets too crazy. In the spirit, I thought I’d share some of my essentials & affordable NYFW picks that I’d love to wear this season.

To me, fashion week means streamlined, fitted pieces that are chic & flattering all at once, like this pencil skirt & this duster, but also some practical pieces to keep warm, like gloves & this incredible H&M coat for only $70. (Pro tip: one of my favorite ways to ward off goosebumps while still looking chic is to wear leggings under a gorgeous maxi dress & boots. No one will ever know!!)

Finally, I included some not-so-glamourous lifesavers that I learned I needed the hard way… I’m talking blister bandages, blotting paper, and dry shampoo (not pictured: granola bars). Trust me, these things are necessities when running between shows all day long.
