Here’s our third installment of Kelly’s Chic Under $100! I hope you’re enjoying the series, but in case you missed it I’m Grace’s Editorial Assistant, Kelly, and every Tuesday afternoon, I’ll be sharing my under $100 picks.

As you may have read last week, I’ve spent the past few weeks been traveling through Europe with my job. (I run social media for Pat McGrath.) When I arrived home in New York late Sunday night to the snowy remains of last weekend’s blizzard, I was so excited to pull out my cozy hats and gloves (or, just stay in and enjoy a mugful of my favorite hot chocolate with old Friends reruns!).

I hope you’re all staying warm & dry this winter, but if not, I’ve put together a few of my favorite things all under $100… hard to believe you can find wellies under $60!
