No trip to Cape Cod is complete without a trip to The Chatham Squire. It’s been around since 1968 and is sort of an institution here. License plates and old signs line the walls, the seafood is some of the best you can get, and they’ve got a zillion beers on tap. It’s also right in the heart of downtown Chatham, which is pretty much the quintessential New England / Cape Cod town. Yesterday, my family and I piled into a booth where we enjoyed oysters, steamers, clams, chowder, lobster rolls and more. In the process, several glasses of wine and pints of beer were consumed. You practically had to roll us out. (Can you tell that food is important to my family? Um, yeah…)
