A few things have caught my eye this week that I had to share…
First off… when I saw this photo on The Love List, I nearly shrieked in delight. I’ve already been a huge fan of Minnie Mortimer’s striped dresses… but her beach home? Amazing. Can I please move in?
Secondly… Kooba’s Fall 2011 collection is unreal… loaded with gorgeous neutrals, shiny gold hardware, and luxurious textures (think silky soft suedes and creamy leathers.) I personally like to carry as little as possible – it’s taken some getting used to, but these days, I primarily carry smaller bags. Enough to fit only the essentials, so that I’m not weighed down. Having a tough time deciding which one I like best… the Jude (top), or the Jordana (bottom row.)
Decisions, decisions… which one is your favorite?
Third, a little outfit inspiration. I fell in love with Lucy Laucht’s outfit here and am newly obsessed with finding a floral skirt so that I can recreate her stripes + floral skirt + statement necklace and leopard flats look on my own.
Lastly, the boyfriend and I splurged on a camera. We now are the proud owners of a Canon Rebel t3i. I’m still learning the ropes, taking pictures of absolutely everything in our apartment. I’m so excited about it. Perfect for our upcoming travel plans, outfit posts, and DIY projects!
As we are sharing it, we needed a case that either one of us could carry, so not too masculine but not too girly. We settled on this Kelly Moore camera case… lovely, no? Should be here just in time for our Europe trip!
