Today I am off to Cuba for the next five nights for my yoga retreat. I couldn’t be more excited about this trip. I booked it back in March and have been counting down the days ever since. I’m planning to not have any WiFi (it’s really spotty over there + most places do not have it) so I will be “off the grid” for the first time in years! It will be business as usual over here as I’ve scheduled all of this week’s content in advance, but I probably won’t be posting to Instagram and it may take me a bit to reply to comments and DM’s. I can’t wait. Besides thinking that everyone needs to unplug and take a break from the Internet from time to time, this is my first time visiting Cuba AND my first yoga retreat. I’m bringing my camera along but planning on embracing the lack of WiFi while I’m there so that I can really focus on my yoga practice – and exploring Havana. Can’t wait to share more when I’m back.
I have gotten some questions as to whether I think the off-the-shoulder trend is here to stay. Honestly, I don’t think it’s really even a trend at this point… a great off-the-shoulder blouse is a staple at this point… it’s pretty classic. I have this one in blue and white and have been wearing both for a few years now (see this one in a post from 2016 here, and the white one here – accessorized with a cute bandana).
