If you have followed me for a long time, you know what a skincare junkie I am. I am definitely in the skincare > makeup camp. Makeup is fun but skincare will always be my focus!.
A lot of the products I talk about here (cough cough, Dr. Bader) can get pretty expensive. But you truly do not have to spend a lot of money on your skincare routine. Luxurious products are amazing, don’t get me wrong: I love them. But I also can appreciate quality products at affordable price points and you’d be surprised how many great products Sephora has at really, really fantastic prices. For that reason I’m so excited to share six fantastic products, all under $35 and available at Sephora.
6 Skincare Products I Love Under $35
Sephora Collection Ultra Glow Serum: Glow + Strengthen Vitamin C Serum, $20
What it is: A vitamin C serum for GLOW and protection from the elements as well as peptides to tighten the look of skin. It contains 97% ingredients from natural origin. It’s great for all skin types (oily, combination, dry, etc).
Why I Love it: This is an awesome product (and I can’t believe the price – it’s only $20!!!). It reminds me quite a bit of another famous C+ E serum but we aren’t going to name any names. It leaves skin looking glowing, and (the best part!) FIRMER looking. I use it in the morning. There’s been a lot of debate here for when to use vitamin C and it varies by product, but this one is for morning, especially as it helps to protect against free radicals. Fun fact: even the packaging is made from recycled materials. The bottle is made from 100% recyclable glass, the cardboard comes from sustainably managed forests, and it’s printed with vegetable ink!
Kiehl’s Since 1851 Ultra Facial Cream, $32
What it is: A bestselling moisturizer to target dryness, dullness, and uneven texture that delivers up to 24 hours of hydration.
Why I love it. It’s the perfect no-nonsense face cream and it’s great for day and night. It delivers up to 24 hours of moisture so skin always feels hydrated and soft. This is great to use after retinol or acids, it will help lock in those active ingredients while providing powerful hydration. And at $32, you can’t go wrong!
innisfree Daily UV Defense Sunscreen SPF 36, $15
What it is: This is a lightweight SPF. It’s water-based and hydrating + soothing. Great for all skin types.
Why I love it: I love the formula. It’s incredibly lightweight and there is no white cast. Some SPFs can feel so heavy, not the case with this. It is also totally non-irritating (it won’t sting your eyes if you sweat), so it would be fine on all skin types, even more sensitive ones. Also.. it’s only $15!
Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops, $29
What it is: Amazing, color-correcting self-tanner drops that you can mix with your favorite moisturizer for a bit of glow. I use the green (medium) shade!
Why I love it: I really love that I can mix these in with my usual moisturizer! I use these a few times a week. On non-retinol or acid nights I will just mix a few drops in with my evening moisturizer to wake up with an even, streak-free faux tan. These are just the best, they give you that perfect golden glow.
First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA, $28
What it is: A body scrub designed specifically for those of us who suffer from rough and bumpy skin. It contains pumice buffing beads to manually exfoliate + glycolic and lactic acids to chemically exfoliate and brighten the appearance of skin.
Why I Love It: I love this scrub because it WORKS. I have suffered from rough, bumpy skin my whole life (it’s infuriating!!!) especially on the back of my arms and legs and the acids help to loosen the skin’s top layer while the pumice beads exfoliate. To use the brand’s words, it’s like a chemical peel + microdermabrasion in one product.
Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask, $22
What it is: An ultra luxurious, hydrating mask just for your lips. Apply before bedtime for softer, more supple lips the next day.
Why I love it: This mask is such a wonderful little luxury. It’s been one of my favorite products for a while now and also makes for a great gift to give your girlfriends. It’s packed with good for you ingredients like vitamin C and antioxidants and comes in a range of flavors. Berry is my go-to but I love the vanilla one too. It’s also an Allure Best of Beauty Winner, which I consider to be the holy grail in beauty awards.
Thank you to Sephora for sponsoring this post!
I love the First Aid Beauty KP Bump Scrub – I saw Kate from Be There in Five post about it a long time ago and have since seen tons of people recommend it! Works great for that weird uneven skin texture – why is it always on the back of the arms?! anyway, I second this recommendation for sure!
In the dry New England winter months I use the LaNeige mask as my every day lip balm- nothing works as well! I love the Gummy Bear flavor.
Thank you for always giving great lower price end recs alongside the luxury items! This post is great, my wishlist just got bigger.
That lip mask is amazing – it smells sooo good!
I am always here for some skincare inspo!

Just added that vitamin c serum to my list! I *love* the laneige lip mask; I feel so high maintenance even saying I use a lip mask, but it’s one of my few repeat purchases. Feels so luxurious on and WORKS.
