Julie Chan is struggling to make ends meet as a supermarket cashier. Meanwhile, her estranged twin sister, Chloe Van Huusen, is a popular influencer with what seems to be a glamorous career. The two were separated at a young age when their parents died, and Julie got the short end of the stick, while Chloe was adopted by a wealthy Manhattan couple.
