I talk about Equilibria all the time here but I wanted to share a little refresher on my own routine. The two products that I subscribe to are the extra strength drops and the 25mg soft gels. Sleep has always been a big issue for me and the extra strength drops help me fall asleep (I take 1/2 dropper), while the soft gels help me to stay asleep.

The product I most frequently forget to talk about (simply because I don’t use it every day like the other products!) is the Relief Cream. I personally do not subscribe to the Relief Cream as I don’t use up a jar every month but I LOVE it for period cramps, sore muscles (this move has been a doozy on my lower back), and headaches (just rub a very small amount on your temples). Hey Grace! I was really excited to try this product. I loaded my cart for my first box thinking I had until 5/9 but then they changed it to only the gift boxes. I think it was as you advertised originally, but I feel they pulled the rug out from under me as I was trying to purchase so I’m rethinking. I wish I didn’t delay because my first price check was as advertised, but when I went to complete the transaction next day the discount was gone. Just wanted to let you know in case you wanted to modify the post since it is no loner accurate. Thank you for sharing your favorite things though, I’ve gotten a lot of great recs from you.
