Backyard (Inspired) Entertaining.

Living in Manhattan, one of the things I really miss is having an outdoor space to entertain friends and family. Outdoor spaces here are few, far between, and/or very expensive. Recently, I hosted a fun little night for a few of my friends with Mike’s Hard Lemonadeinspired by the idea of backyard entertaining.

These Sam Edelman booties are pretty much the perfect casual Fall boot. The low (1.5 inch) heel makes them great for running around the city, and I like that the heel isn’t covered (I always manage to ding mine!) They come in four colors and are priced affordably… under $150!

I’m a huge, huge fan of Neulash (I’ve been using it religiously for two months and my lashes are so much longer!) This (part of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale) is an amazing deal (a savings of $95.) One for home, one for travel. More beauty deals here!

bling, bling

I have such a massive weakness for tiny, whimsical studs. This pair of banana studs (from Kate Spade) is no exception. Pairing glossy yellow resin with teensy crystals, they are so little and so cute.

I am completely and utterly obsessed with Mi Golondrina‘s gorgeous tops + dresses, ever since learning about them from my friends at A Piece of Toast. The most amazing embroidered pieces, all handmade by artisans in the villages of Mexico.
