Charleston Style, Part 3.

Annnd, my third post from Charleston. This post might be my favorite of all, just because Gray did such an amazing job capturing the essence of The Zero George Hotel. It’s such a pretty place. This time around, I’m wearing pieces from my friend Lauren Lail’s line, Library. Lauren is quite possibly the cutest person ever…

Charleston Style, Part 2.

Please excuse me while I stretch these Charleston posts out as long as humanly possible. It lets me savor the memories, and also… Gray’s photos of The Zero George Hotel are just so pretty. Makes me want to book another trip back ASAP.

Charleston Style, Part 1.

I’ve mentioned it here before but Charleston, South Carolina has become such a special place to me. The food, the architecture, the history… but most importantly – the people! It’s really strange as I have only been three times now (the first time being just over a year ago, last October) but I feel like I’ve been going there forever.

The Chanler at Cliff Walk.

I’m kind of at a loss with today’s post about Newport, Rhode Island. It was just so incredible. Last week, The Chanler invited a group of us (Jess, Billie, Abigail & Emily)  for a two night stay. They planned a jam packed itinerary of site-seeing, sipping, and eating… and I jumped at the opportunity to go. Having grown up on Cape Cod and lived in Boston and New York, it’s a pretty popular place to visit.

Hudson, New York.

Last week, Garnet Hill invited Christine, Krystal, and I up to their house in Hudson Valley for a little mid-week escape. I’d never been to Hudson, but had been dying to go as it has always sounded like the perfect little city escape. I was right. The town of Hudson is fantastic (so many cute shops, restaurants, etc) and our house in Chatham was picture perfect.

Blustery Nantucket Weekend.

This past weekend, my friend Sam invited a group of us girls up to her family’s house on Nantucket. It was my first time visiting the island, which is a little bit embarrassing considering that I grew up on Cape Cod. I don’t know why we never went as kids, or when I was in college, but it just never happened! We were up at 4am to be on the road at 4:45 and beat all of the traffic, arriving at the ferry station by 9am…
